Short Breaks

During off peak times of the year most of our cottages offer short breaks. Generally, these are available from October through to April. However, peak periods within these months, such as Chrismtas, New Year and school holidays are not included but this may be reviewed if they are still not booked a few weeks beforehand.

Our minimum short break period is three nights; extra nights on top of this are of course a further option. Our breaks generally run from Friday to Monday or Monday to Thursday, but we will be as flexible as we can to accommodate your requirements.

Short breaks are priced at two thirds of the week price for breaks of three nights and 10% of the original week price for each additional night thereafter. A booking fee of £18 is payable with each booking. If you would like to hire bed linen and the property has this facility, the charges are a standard £12 per double bed and £6 per single bed. If a pet is allowed at a property, the charge for this is £18 per pet per week, and for a three night short break the charge will be £12 per pet.
