Chesil beach is nearby and offers good sea fishing and the chance to comb for a washed up treasure under the gaze of the watchful sea gulls.  Weymouth town centre with a host of shops, restaurants, attractions and the main beach with its golden sands is a pleasant 30 minutes' walk away along the 'Rodwell Trail', an old converted railway line or around an 8 minutes drive/bus journey away.  A wave From It All benefits from sea views and two car parking spaces.
