The colourful harbour is a mere 3 minutes walk away and the continental flavour of the Brewers Quay area which offers French markets, Beer festivals, Jazz concerts,shops,etc on your doorstep. A variety of local pubs and coffee houses are close by. If, however, you wish for peace and quiet, the nearby attractions are not intrusive. Weymouth's golden sands invite all ages to dip a toe in the water, the sea is shallow and the sand is purported to contain certain minerals which enable the local Sand modeller to produce such wonderful Sand Sculpture. Kellaway Court offers magic for all seasons, each holiday home there having an ambience of its very own. The west facing patio offers views through the courtyard and into the Brewers Quay area beyond.

Shower room with hand basin and toilet. Lounge with TV, DVD/Video, music centre, gas fire and feature balcony offering a view of Hope Square and the roof tops of Weymouth. 2nd floor: Bedroom 2, twin single beds. Bedroom 3, kingsize 5ft wide bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and toilet.
