Property Details

A delightful one bedroom timber chalet property, located adjacent to the B3157 between Swyre and Burton Bradstock. Gardens surround The Artist Studio on three sides and abound in wildlife; butterflies, rabbits and birds such as wood peckers are amongst the animals you may spot whilst you enjoy sitting on one of the benches or having an alfresco meal in the dedicated bbq area.  Another bench has a partial distant view of the sea.  Wildflowers including rare orchids and cowslips are dotted around the gardens.  The owners of The Artist Studio have spent considerable time and care in furnishing and finishing this charming property in seaside shades and have thought of their guests visit in detail including freshly laid eggs, home made cake and home produced honey or preserves (subject to availability) to ensure a pleasurable stay.   Two bikes and helmets are available for the use of guests.  The Artist' studio is not suitable for children or babies. 

The Artist Studio is positioned conveniently on the main coast road from Weymouth to Bridport, however, it is set back from the road and screened by thick foliage.

Accommodation:  Large open plan lounge/ diner with double height ceiling and beams,with a compact Kitchen off it. Bedroom with double bed, shower room with hand basin and toilet.  Gardens surround the property and include seating / eating options such as a sheltered terrace and a dedicated bbq area. 

Services in addition to standard equipment:  Oil fired central heating, contemporary electric fire in lounge, flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, CD / radio i-Pod docking station.  Off road parking for two cars.  Strictly No smoking in the property or in surrounding gardens.
